Delete Your Account

Manage your data and account deletion

We respect your right to control your personal data. You can request the deletion of your Steeze account and all associated data at any time. This page explains what happens when you delete your account and how to initiate the process.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your Steeze account, all of the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

  • ✅ Your account profile (name, email, authentication credentials)
  • ✅ Your full-body image and all extracted body feature analysis
  • ✅ All clothing images in your digital wardrobe and their AI-analyzed attributes
  • ✅ All virtual try-on history and generated images
  • ✅ All trip plans and outfit recommendations
  • ✅ Your credit balance and reward history
  • ✅ Images stored on Cloudinary associated with your account

⚠️ This action is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have saved any content you wish to keep before proceeding.

What Is Retained

After account deletion, certain anonymized data may be retained:

  • Aggregated, anonymized analytics data (cannot be linked to you)
  • Server logs for security purposes (automatically purged after 90 days)

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete From the App

The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the Steeze app:

  1. Open the Steeze app on your device.
  2. Navigate to the Profile screen (tap the logo icon in the top-left corner of any screen).
  3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
  5. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted.

Option 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email:

  1. Send an email to steeze.app.help@gmail.com
  2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  3. Include the email address associated with your Steeze account in the body of the email.
  4. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days.
  5. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Option 3: Submit a Request Below

We've received your deletion request. You'll receive a confirmation email within 7 business days at the address you provided.

Timeline

  • In-app deletion — processed immediately. Data is purged within 24 hours.
  • Email/form request — processed within 7 business days. Data is purged within 30 days of processing.
  • Cloud storage cleanup — images on Cloudinary are deleted alongside account data.
