Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Steeze mobile application (the "App"), operated by Steeze ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Steeze. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Account Registration

• You may create an account using your email address and password, or by signing in with Google.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account by contacting steeze.app.help@gmail.com.

3. Use of the Service

3.1 Permitted Use

Steeze grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial fashion styling purposes. You may:

• Upload images of yourself and your clothing to build a digital wardrobe.
• Request AI-generated outfit recommendations.
• Generate virtual try-on images for personal use.
• Plan trip outfits using the trip planner feature.

3.2 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Upload images that are obscene, pornographic, violent, hateful, or that depict illegal activities.
• Upload images of other people without their consent.
• Use the App to harass, impersonate, or harm others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or its AI models.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the App.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features, including the nudity detection system.
• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense any content generated by the App.
• Use the service for any commercial or business purpose without prior written consent.

4. Credit System

Steeze operates a virtual credit system for premium features:

• Starting balance — new accounts receive 5.0 credits for free.
• Virtual try-on — each try-on generation costs 1.0 credit.
• Daily reward — claim 0.25 credits once per calendar day.
• Ad rewards — earn 1.0 credit by watching a complete rewarded video advertisement.
• Rate limits — virtual try-on is limited to 5 generations per 24-hour period, regardless of credit balance.

5. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the images you upload to Steeze. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and analyze your images solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you. This license terminates when you delete the content or your account.

5.2 Generated Content

Virtual try-on images and AI-generated outfit recommendations are produced using your content and third-party AI models. You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use these generated images. We do not claim ownership of generated content, but we retain the right to use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the service.

5.3 Our Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, logos, brand name, code, AI pipelines, and user interface, is the intellectual property of Steeze and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Steeze uses artificial intelligence models to analyze images and generate recommendations. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated recommendations are suggestions only and may not always be accurate or suitable for every occasion.
• Virtual try-on renders are approximations and may not perfectly represent how clothes will look in reality.
• AI analysis of body type, skin tone, and clothing attributes may contain inaccuracies.
• We are not responsible for fashion decisions made based on AI recommendations.

7. Content Safety & Moderation

To maintain a safe platform, all uploaded images are automatically screened for inappropriate content using our safety filtering system. Images flagged as containing nudity or explicit material will be rejected and not stored. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including Cloudinary, Groq, Wavespeed AI, Google Firebase, Google AdMob, OpenWeatherMap, and Google Sign-In. Your interaction with these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or reliable.
• The App will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STEEZE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim, or ₹500 (Indian Rupees Five Hundred), whichever is greater.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Uploading prohibited content.
• Engaging in abusive or fraudulent behavior.
• Attempting to circumvent security measures.

You may delete your account at any time through the App's Profile screen or via our Account Deletion page. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Steeze, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Amritsar, Punjab, India.

14. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
